Residences here—always much in demand, but frequently available
within a desired time frame—include a variety of apartments in
our main building and our Jefferson and Hillside Cottages. These cottages
feature upgraded cabinets and counters in the kitchen, as well as stoves,
washers and dryers, microwaves, dishwashers and refrigerators. These
residences also include marble vanities, medicine cabinets and decorative
grab bars in the bathrooms, and attractive lighting fixtures throughout.
Our Hillside Cottages and Jefferson Cottages grace the gentle slopes
of our hilltop campus, an easy stroll by landscaped walkways from our
main building. Offering a variety of one- and two-bedroom designs, all
cottages include full kitchens and a patio or porch. Our newest Hillside
Cottages each include two full baths, a separate den/office, and features
such as nine-foot ceilings, optional gas fireplace and walk-in closets.
